Made from cheeses from the Extremadura region in western Spain – including a good portion of authentic “Torta del Casar” DOP – La Chinata’s gourmet cream cheese embodies the essence of Spanish cheese culture.

Its taste is distinctive: delicious, with a slight bitterness that is characteristic of the rustic heritage of Torta Extremeña. It melts easily in the mouth – creamy, rich, yet refined.

It is an ideal gourmet spread on toast, crackers or Spanish "regañás" and is really good drizzled with a drop of extra virgin olive oil.

Sprinkled with a little sweet Spanish paprika, it enhances its rustic flavor even more, creating a harmonious contrast between the creamy taste of the cheese and the smoky spiciness – turning a simple toast into an elegant tapas experience.

In addition to appetizers, this cream cheese can also enrich sauces for vegetables or meats, and it adds delicious, deep flavors to more complex dishes.
