La Chinata's delicious boletus (Boletus edulis) flavored extra virgin olive oil carries the characteristic, earthy scent of the mushroom.

This product allows us to add a strong mushroom character to our dishes, whether it's risotto, cream soup, pasta or slow-roasted meats, without having to purchase seasonal mushrooms.

The dried porcini mushrooms infuse the olive oil, so every drop is rich in aroma, but never bitter or overpowering.

It is extremely easy to use: a few drops are enough for the desired intensity, but it can also be added during cooking to allow the mushroom flavor to penetrate the dish more deeply. It is excellent for risottos, quiches, omelettes, scrambled eggs, sauces, side dishes, soups and meats.
