The company's history dates back to 1881when Juan Bautista García Vañobegan selling the olives he harvested in the rural areas of Valencia province to nearby towns.

The business developed from generation to generation: the second generation already sold the products more widely, and the third generation established its own warehouse and processing facility for the production of olives and pickles.

Over the decades, the family business continuously expanded while preserving the fundamental principles of traditional Spanish olive production. Today, the fifth generationis actively involved in the company's operations.

The company's headquarters are located in Benigànim, Valencia province, where products are prepared and packaged in a processing and packaging facility spanning over 4000 m². During production, traditional, artisanal methods are combined with modern technology and quality control systems, ensuring consistent quality and fresh flavors.

The philosophy of Olives García has remained unchanged since its inception: to offer high-quality Mediterranean products made from natural ingredientsthat are an important part of the Spanish aperitivo culture and tapas tradition.

The company places particular emphasis on the diversity of flavors and carefully crafted recipes, offering special marinated and spiced varieties in addition to classic olive types.

The company's portfolio is extremely wide-ranging:

With more than 140 years of experience, Olives García is today one of the well-known olive and pickle brands in the Valencia region. Their products represent traditional Spanish flavors: they are authentic, full of character, and perfectly complement Mediterranean cuisine – whether for tapas, aperitifs, or snacks served with a good glass of wine.
