Terre dei Trulli prepares its traditional Italian specialties in Alberobello, in the heart of Puglia. The family business aims to showcase the authentic flavors of the region using the finest ingredients, whether it be tarallini, olive oil, or high-quality durum wheat pasta.

The Gigli Tricolore is not only visually striking but also a true Italian classic. Shaped like a lily with ruffled edges, this gigli pasta is made in three natural colors: the yellow version represents traditional durum wheat, green evokes spinach, and red calls to mind tomatoes. The natural plant-based ingredients lend the pasta not only color but also a subtle, harmonious flavor profile.
