La Chinata Lobster Pâté is one of the company's seafood pâtés, made with their best extra virgin olive oil. A high-quality pâté with great flavor and texture, and low in calories. Lobster meat is one of the most popular types of seafood, due to its delicate flavor and low in calories.

It is excellent as a spread on bread, as it has a soft texture and is tasty, but you can also dip it with picos or grissini breadsticks, or even with carrot slices cut lengthwise.

It can be given a special flavor with various vegetable jams (e.g. caramelized onions) and sherry vinegar. It can be an excellent accompaniment to fish and rice dishes.
