"Millerighe" translates to "a thousand lines" in Italian. Similar in size to paccheri pasta but with numerous ridges, this unique pasta shape boasts a great texture and a robust taste of Italian wheat.

It pairs wonderfully with hearty meat, sausage, and pork sauces, as well as baked pasta dishes for special occasions. Vegetable sauces featuring mushrooms, artichokes, zucchini, and eggplants are also an excellent match for this type of pasta.
