This Chardonnay from the La Mancha region represents a modern yet endearingly classic style, where fruitiness and subtle oak usage (3 months of oak barrel aging) are in perfect balance. The "Roble" designation indicates delicate oak barrel aging, which adds richer texture and depth to the wine.
Its aroma features tropical fruits – pineapple, mango – and ripe apple, accompanied by subtle buttery and vanilla notes. On the palate, it is round and creamy, yet maintains its freshness, preventing it from becoming heavy. Slightly roasted, nutty tones also emerge in the finish.
It is an excellent choice for grilled chicken, creamy pasta dishes, or fish, but also perfect on its own for a pleasant evening of relaxation.
