100% Sicilian orange marmalade, grown in the Trapani hills, free from preservatives and thickeners.
The marmalade from Antica Bottega Siciliana is prepared following the classic recipe handed down to them by their grandparents: orange pulp and peel, sugar and lemon juice. They only use two orange varieties: Brazilian and Navel.
The oranges are harvested by hand, washed, peeled and cut. Subsequently they are cooked in a pot with the addition of sugar and lemon juice for a couple of hours.
Store in a cool, dry place away from heat sources.
