Olive Lemonade, premium olive and lemon mixer, 200 ml

At first glance, olive and lemonade might seem like a rather unlikely pairing – yet it is a very Mediterranean concept. LE TRIBUTE Olive Lemonade combines the fresh, acidic character of lemon with the salty, slightly herbaceous notes of olive. The end result is not a traditional sweet lemonade, but a more complex, gastronomic soft drink that is well worth trying both on its own and as a mixer. The producer builds on natural olive and lemon flavors.

It hasn't caught the attention of professionals by chance, either: it was awarded a silver medal at the 2025 IWSC (International Wine & Spirit Competition).

It is particularly exciting with gin, but it is also worth experimenting with vodka or a dry vermouth. For a non-alcoholic version, we would serve it with plenty of ice, a slice of lemon, and – why not? – a green olive.

The Giró family behind LE TRIBUTE has been crafting drinks since 1835 in Vilanova i la Geltrú, on the Catalan coast near Barcelona. With the brand, established in 2016, they have translated this long tradition into a modern, bolder language.

And Olive Lemonade perhaps shows better than anything else what LE TRIBUTE is all about: familiar Mediterranean flavors, just put together a bit unexpectedly.

Serving suggestion: plenty of ice, LE TRIBUTE Olive Lemonade, lemon zest, and a green olive. An aperitivo without the alcohol.
