Pisto, Rosara, 370 ml

This is the traditional ratatouille made with delicious tomato accompanied by diced vegetables (green pepper, red pepper, onion and courgette) and stewed with olive oil. A really surprising flavour due to the absence of acidity, it does not taste like "preserves". And a healthy option with only 6.4% fat.

Rosara have revived the traditional Spanish pisto recipe with its delicious authentic flavour. When heated over a low heat, it is a perfect base for any type of meat or fish stew, or a pasta topping. It is ready to eat as it is or you can add diced ham, bacon, chistorra sausage, cook 1 or 2 eggs on top by heating the ratatouille in a frying pan.
