The Butterfly Millesimato Extra Dry is a Prosecco DOC made exclusively from the grapes of a single vintage (Millesimato). Alongside its fine, long-lasting bubbles, its bouquet reveals notes of white flowers, apple, pear, and peach, complemented by a pleasant citrusy freshness. Its taste is harmonious, fruity, and elegant, featuring the slightly softer character typical of the Extra Dry style, yet retaining crisp acidity.
It is a perfect aperitif, but also an excellent choice for light appetizers, seafood dishes, salads, or fresh cheeses.
