Real Lavrador is a fresh and fruity Portuguese white wine from the Alentejo wine region, showcasing the lighter, aromatic style of the sun-drenched southern Portuguese terroir. The wine is produced by Adega Cooperativa de Redondo, one of the region's largest and most dynamic wine cooperatives.
The wine is made from a blend of two traditional Portuguese white grape varieties: Roupeiro and Rabo de Ovelha. After gentle processing, the grapes are fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures (approx. 15 °C), which helps preserve the wine's freshness and aromatic character.
In colour, it is pale lemon yellow, with a clear and bright appearance. Its aroma reveals fresh fruits and delicate floral notes. On the palate, it is fresh, fruity and well-balanced, with crisp acidity and a pleasantly lingering finish.
An excellent choice for fish dishes, seafood, salads, light white meats, or as an aperitif on a summer evening.
