Real Lavrador is a classic Portuguese red wine from the Alentejo wine region, one of Portugal's best-known and sunniest wine regions. The wine is produced by Adega Cooperativa de Redondo, which has been operating for more than six decades and brings together some 200 local winegrowers.

The wine is made from a blend of traditional grape varieties typical of Alentejo: Castelão, Trincadeira and Aragonez give it its character. After careful harvesting, the grapes are processed, and then the must ferments in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature (approx. 24 °C), thus preserving the wine's fresh fruity aromas and balanced structure.

Its colour is deep ruby red, with a clear and brilliant appearance. Its aroma reveals red and black berries – such as cherry and blackberry. Its taste is fruity, balanced and easy to drink, with soft, silky tannins and a fresh, harmonious finish.

It is recommended to be served chilled at 16–18 °C. It is an excellent choice for grilled meats, Mediterranean stews, pasta dishes or semi-hard cheeses, but it is also ideal for friendly dinners and casual wine drinking.
