These tiny, bright red cherry peppers, ripened under the Sicilian sun, are hand-picked and then carefully filled with a delicately spiced cream of tuna, anchovies, capers, and herbs. The masters of Antica Bottega Siciliana prepare each piece in the traditional way, in small batches – to preserve the natural crispness of the peppers and the silky character of the filling.

The jars are filled with extra virgin olive oil and sunflower oil, which not only preserves freshness but also harmonizes the flavors. The result is a flavorful, balanced antipasto that perfectly balances the subtle spiciness of chili peppers with Mediterranean fish and salty notes.

All of Sicily fits into one bite: the scent of the sea, the flavor of sun-drenched lands, and the warmth of a family artisanal tradition.

Ideal as an appetizer, alongside wine or cheese selections, but also works well as a distinctive addition to pastas and salads.
