This product is a more characterful, Mediterranean-inspired version of the classic stuffed squid: small squid are refilled with their own stuffing, then packed in olive oil with garlic and chili.

The texture here is also exciting: slightly firmer on the outside, soft and juicy on the inside. The flavor, however, is a degree more intense – garlic adds depth and aroma, while chili brings a pleasant, warm spiciness to each bite. These two elements do not overpower the squid's natural, slightly sweet character, but rather beautifully highlight it.

This is already a "lively" tapas: perfect with a glass of wine or a cold beer, sopping up the flavorful olive oil with fresh bread.
