Alfacinha white wine is a product of Parras Wines winery, operating in the Lisbon wine region. It is made from two widely cultivated Portuguese white grape varieties: Arinto and Fernão Pires.
Arinto contributes natural acidity and citrus character, while Fernão Pires lends aromatic intensity and soft fruit notes.
Fermented in stainless steel tanks, this white wine is fresh and vibrant, with citrus and fruity aromas, a balanced body, and refreshing acidity. Overall, it has a lively profile, making it suitable for a variety of light dishes.
Recommended with seafood and shellfish, it also pairs excellently with fresh salads, light pasta dishes, soft cheeses, and grilled fish.
