Aceitunas Bernal has been producing high-quality olives and pickles for over 100 years in the Alicante region of Spain, where family tradition meets modern processing. Bernal products are characterized by carefully selected ingredients, balanced flavors, and a reliable quality that makes them essential components of classic Spanish tapas culture.

This “cocktail” selection brings exactly this world into a single jar: a harmonious blend of green and black Manzanilla olives and crunchy pickles, such as small gherkins and pearl onions. The different textures and flavors – salty, slightly sour, fresh, and distinctive – together create a truly exciting yet easily enjoyable aperitif.

It’s a perfect choice alongside a glass of cold beer or vermouth, but also works excellently as part of a tapas platter with hams, cheeses, and a little fresh bread.

If you want to liven up a salad or even a Mediterranean rice dish, this mix adds extra flavor and texture – or simply place it on the table and watch it disappear on its own.
