La Chinata's pheasant pâté with truffles is made from high-quality pheasant meat, which is considered one of the most valuable game birds in the eyes of renowned chefs due to its texture and flavor. The flavor of the pâté is complemented by another star ingredient in gourmet cuisine, truffles, thus providing a special taste experience.

The pâté can be spread on bread, as its texture is very soft and tasty, or it can be dipped with picos or grissini. You can further enhance the taste experience with La Chinata's different flavored balsamic vinegars (such as cherry or truffle), which give it a slightly sweet taste, but also pair particularly well with onion jam.

It can also be used as an excellent accompaniment to add a special flavor to dishes such as stews, roasted meats, and even rice dishes.

If eaten spread on bread, it is recommended to serve the pâté slightly chilled to enhance its delicate flavors.
