The white sister of our favourite tinto from Monte da Colónia, it is a clear and bright wine, open straw color with hints of citrus is made from fully destemmed and pressed grapes. Deliciously fresh, cheerful and elegant.
Totally destemmed and pressed grapes. Fermentation in stainless steel vats with temperature control. Plate filtration.
With an aroma of white-fleshed fruits, lime and hay. Very smooth flavor in the mouth, fruity, mineral and very fresh and citrusy finish.
Perfect match to grilled fish, seafood dishes, pasta or poultry.
Best served at 10 °C
