The name La Chinata is synonymous with authentic Extremaduran flavours. For decades, this Spanish family business has been producing high-quality extra virgin olive oils and gourmet specialities, in which local ingredients and traditional recipes play the leading role.

Regañás are one of the most famous savoury crackers in Andalusia and Southern Spain: thinly rolled, oven-baked bread crisps, often served with tapas, cheeses, hams and pâtés. La Chinata's version is made from wheat flour and extra virgin olive oil, making it light, crispy and pleasantly aromatic.

Thanks to its neutral yet distinctive flavour, it is a perfect accompaniment to cream cheeses, olive spreads, fish spreads or even a good Iberian ham.

It goes just as well with a glass of wine or a tapas dinner as it does for a quick afternoon snack.
