The white tuna pâté with piquillo peppers is part of La Chinata's range of seafood pâtés, made with their finest extra virgin olive oil. It is a pâté with a strong flavour and a very creamy texture.
It is excellent spread on bread, as its texture is very soft and tasty, but it can also be dipped in picos or grissini breadsticks. It can be given a special flavor with various vegetable jams, as well as caramelized onions and delicious extra virgin olive oil.
It can be an excellent accompaniment to fish, rice, pasta and potato dishes.
If we spread it on bread, it is recommended to serve the pâté slightly chilled to enhance its delicate flavor.
