The company started in March 1983, in a small factory, in the centre of Guijuelo.
The location of the first facilities was an old liver pâté factory, whose name was BRISA, hence the brand name, which is still used today.
José M.ª Jiménez Jiménez and his brothers founded the company and began to develop the business.
Currently, BRISA offers a wide range of high-quality products made from Iberian pork. They are characterised by their strong work ethic and their absolute commitment to quality. They are always open to the challenges of novelty and innovation, while maintaining their traditional know-how.
